King County Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance Program (EPRAP)

The Tenant Pool is open for individuals or households needing rental assistance. Paying up to 12 months total of past, current, and future rent.

ICS provides emergency aid to residents of the Issaquah School District in the form of utility payments, rent assistance, bus passes. To learn more visit ICS Website or call 425-837-3125

St. Vincent de Paul- St Joseph Issaquah Conference

Provides emergency financial assistance for utilities and rent. Fill out online form to receive help or contact 206-767-6449

Puget Sound Energy

Two programs to assist with utility bills:

 CACAP Covid Bill Assistance

The Crisis-Affected Customer Assistance Program (CACAP) was created to support our customers impacted by the COVID19 pandemic. CACAP provides qualified customers with up to $2,500 in energy assistance support. (Learn more about CACAP.)

PSE Home Energy Lifeline Program (HELP)

This provides qualified customers with bill-payment assistance beyond the Washington state LIHEAP program. HELP is for customers who are experiencing financial hardship due to circumstances not related to COVID-19.
