[ARCHIVED] Eviction Moratorium Bridge Proclamation

Governor Inslee’s Bridge Proclamation is now in effect July 1 – September 30, 2021

  • A written notice of the services and supports that are available are provided to tenants. 
  • A repayment plan is offered before filing an eviction
  • Tenants have 14 days to respond to written notice, before landlords can act
