To strengthen and protect what defines Issaquah’s special character, the City is improving the regulations that guide local growth and development (called Title 18). The project is broken up into six different topic groups and the third group to be presented is Zoning and Uses. Below are links to the draft code and summary memos for Zoning and Use topics.
The City is hosting a virtual open house to answer the public’s questions on the Zoning and Uses code update. The open house is on May 10, 2022 prior to the Planning Policy/Development Commission’s public hearing on May 12, 2022. There is no structured presentation or discussion, this is an opportunity for anyone in the community to ask questions about the code update.

Registration is required to attend the open house. Here is a link to the May 10, 2022 open house meeting event information and registration.
