City staff will be performing asphalt and concrete maintenance work in your neighborhood!
Various cul-de-sacs within the South Lake Sammamish Neighborhood — selected by the Pavement Management Program (PMP) — will see the removal and replacement of damaged concrete, utility lids and up to 2.5 inches of existing asphalt.
PMP work is done in two phases:
- Phase 1 is scheduled to begin on June 6 and will include concrete repairs and removal of damaged sections.
- Phase 2 will be scheduled once Phase 1 is complete. Those living within the vicinity of the repairs will receive notices outlining dates, traffic impacts and other information about the next steps in the project before Phase 2 begins.
Local Access
Limited access to driveways at various points during construction project should be expected. Work occurring in front of driveways may impact access for 1-5 calendar days, however the City will attempt to contact the homeowner prior to commencing this work.
Parking
Those living along the project area are asked to please respect the “No Parking” signs. Avoid parking near concrete that has paint marks on them which indicates it is scheduled for removal.
Towing
At least 24-hours before work begins, crews will place “No Parking” signs around the construction area. Please remove all vehicles prior to 7 a.m. each work day. We will make every attempt to contact the vehicle owner prior to towing.
Questions related to the project can be emailed to Petey Pierotti, Public Works PMP Inspector.
