Starting June 28, City crews will be performing maintenance on various roadways within the South Lake Sammamish neighborhood. These roadways have been selected by the Pavement Management Program (PMP) to receive and asphalt overlay. This work is in coordination with the recent utility and concrete repairs that have occurred.
Work hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m. and will consist of removing and replacing up to 2.5 inches of existing asphalt.
The roadways are broken up into three projects. Each project has two days of work: removing and repairing the existing asphalt pavement on the first day and then replacing that material with new asphalt pavement the next.
Local Access
During the first day of each corresponding project, every resident will have access to their driveway with potentially minor delays. During the second day of each project, while new asphalt is being placed, there will be very limited to no access along the roadways. It is highly encouraged to park your vehicle on a roadway outside of the project area shown on the map.
Questions related to the project can be emailed to Petey Pierotti, PMP Construction Inspector.
