Story Stroll Through Issaquah

storystroll top news

Go on a story stroll with your children as a way to celebrate Welcoming Week! There are two story strolls in Issaquah, running through the end of September.

Issaquah Highlands Story Stroll: Sept. 1-30

Start your reading journey at the front of Village Green Park and follow the story around the circle. Stop by the Free Little Art Gallery to check out some artwork or find a new book at the Little Free Library along the way. The Story Stroll takes about 15 minutes. This activity is a creative way for children and adults to enjoy reading while spending time outdoors. The stroll is self-guided and open to the public at any time. This story stroll book is All Are Welcome, by Alexandra Penfold.

Olde Town Story Stroll: Sept. 8-30

Read and walk along Front Street with our latest 'Story Stroll.' Opening on September 8, the Story Stroll starts at the library and ends at Alder Street. We would especially like to invite our youngest community members to join in the fun. This story stroll book is Cheer: A Book to Celebrate Community by Uncle Ian Aurora.
