Due to a paving project, traffic delays are expected Dec. 3 along 221st Place Southeast.
One lane will be open, and traffic will be alternated throughout the day.
Paving will also take place on Southeast 56th Street starting at 2 a.m. Dec. 3. That portion of the project, however, is scheduled to be finished before the morning commute.
