[ARCHIVED] Ready! Set! Go! Rotary's Challenge Series Races Return

Ready! Set! Go! Rotary Club of Issaquah will host its Challenge Series Races on July 12, 2014.

The 17th annual event allows racers with disabilities to experience the fun and excitement of a soapbox derby. Everybody is a winner!

The event is made possible thanks to the efforts of many volunteers from the Rotary Club, Life Enrichment Options and many local sponsors.

Registration will start at 8 a.m. with racing from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Additional activities will be available for racers and attendees. Lunch will be hosted by the Rotary Club for event participants, families and volunteers.

To ensure the safety of participants, Second Avenue Southeast will be closed (from Southeast Andrews Street to Southeast Darst Street) during the event.

To learn more about the event or sponsorship, contact Life Enrichment Options at 425-392-5682, or Stan Conrad of the Rotary Club of Issaquah at 425-864-6171.
