The purpose of this special meeting is to allow the City Council to recess into Executive Session to discuss sale of real estate per RCW 42.30.110(1)(c). The item is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. Please note, Executive Sessions are closed to the public. Action, if needed, would occur during the open session of a Council meeting.
