    Update (12/6/19): This public hearing will be rescheduled (continued) to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

    The Development Commission will hold a public hearing to take testimony on an application for a Site Development Permit for a new middle school campus with an athletic field, structured and surface parking, on a 9 acre site located on the southeast corner of NW Talus Dr and Falcon Way NW. Administrative Adjustments of Standards are requested to allow retaining walls to exceed the wall height limit of 10 feet, to exceed the excavation and fill limit of 15 feet, and to reduce the required floor area ratio (FAR). Application Nos. SDP19-00002, AAS19-00003, AAS19-00013, AAS19-00015.

    Those desiring to express their views or to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify the Development Services Department of their interest by attending the public hearing and/or providing your name, address, and email with a request to become a Party of Record.
