    Come meet your local community liaisons with Eastside Fire and Rescue, Issaquah Police and the City of Issaquah! Stop by and ask questions, view police and fire vehicles and meet your other local neighbors.

  2. Salmon, Science & Suds

    April 17, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Rogue Ales Brewhouse

    The third Salmon, Science & Suds event will feature Elyssa Kerr, program manager at Beavers Northwest. Kerr will discuss beaver ecology and the important benefits beavers bring to habitat creation and climate change mitigation. Beavers Northwest is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the many benefits that beavers provide through research, outreach and landowner assistance. More information about out services can be found at http://www.beaversnw.org/. Salmon, Science & Suds speakers address water quality, healthy fish and wildlife populations, and habitat restoration. The series is offered to share interesting research and initiatives currently improving the health of the watershed. The evening will also include no-host beer and food, and good company. RSVP if possible, but last minute drop-ins are welcome.
