    The Issaquah City Council will hold a public hearing, continued from July 1, at its regular meeting of July 15, 2019, to take additional public testimony regarding the proposed 2020-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and a subset of the Plan, the Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) (AB 7759). The proposed CIP is a multi-year strategy for the acquisition, expansion or rehabilitation of land, buildings, and other major infrastructure over the next six years, including transportation-related capital projects that constitute the City’s TIP.
