    The commission will hold a hearing on March 11, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony on the proposed amendments to Issaquah Municipal Code (IMC) including but not limited to: adding definitions for Electric vehicle ready parking space, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Parking Space, and Electric vehicle load management system to 18.02.070 Definitions; adding requirements for residential and nonresidential electric vehicle charging stations to IMC 18.09.140 Electric vehicle charging parking provisions; and adding Electric Vehicle charging parking provisions to the Central Issaquah Development and Design Standards, 8.12. Motorcycle Parking. The commission will also consider several options for removing a single-family incentive, extending mandatory requirements to single-family construction, providing flexibility for affordable housing projects and establishing requirements for Transit Oriented Developments.
