    The Issaquah City Council will hold a public hearing at its meeting of Nov. 13, 2023, at approx. 6:30 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony on IHIF Commercial, LLC's application for a Development Agreement (DA23-00001) pursuant to IMC 18.218.060.B. The High Street Collection Development Agreement would authorize a Mixed-Use development including up to 325,000 square feet of commercial tenant space and up to 1,250 residential units, including both affordable housing and age-restricted or assisted living units, as well as community/recreational elements in the Issaquah Highlands (Parcel No. 2724069208).

    Application material information may be reviewed at issaquahwa.gov/shelter or at the Permit Center, City Hall, 130 E Sunset Way, 9 am – 4 pm, M – F.
