Public Hearing: Amendments to Title 18 Diversity of Housing Types

The commission will hold a public hearing on May 23, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony on proposed updates of the Issaquah Municipal Code, Title 18, Land Use Code (“Title 18”) including: 18.102.070 “C” to add definitions for cottage housing and courtyard apartments; 18.102.170 ”M” to add a definition for Micro units, and; 18.402.020 Table of Permitted Uses to add cottage housing, courtyard apartments, and micro units as permitted uses in certain multifamily and mixed use zones.
