Issaquah Rental Assistance Programs

Governor Inslee's Eviction Bridge Moratorium is set to expire on October 31, 2021. Issaquah City Council approved 2021-22 Issaquah Rental Assistance Program for households meeting income requirements at or below 80% of the area median income and are behind on their rent due to the impacts caused by COVID-19 Pandemic. The City of Issaquah Human Services Division will partner with Hopelink to distribute funds to eligible residents. Details on eligibility requirements and how to apply to come soon. Rental Assistance Programs

King County Eviction Prevention and Rent Assistance Program (EPRAP) is for residents of King County whose income is at or below 50 percent of the area median income and have fallen behind in rent due to unemployment, lost wages, or health crises due to the COVID-19 pandemic are encouraged to apply. Tenants can apply online in English and Spanish at https://rent-help.kingcounty.gov. E-mail dchsrentalassistance@kingcounty.gov or call 206-477-1331 for help, including in-language. Issaquah Community Services (ICS) provides emergency aid to residents of the Issaquah School District in the form of utility payments and rent assistance. To learn more visit ICS Website or call 425-837-3125

St. Vincent de Paul- St Joseph Issaquah Conference provides emergency financial assistance for utilities and rent. Fill out online form to receive help or contact 206-767-6449

Utility Assistance: The Crisis-Affected Customer Assistance Program (CACAP) provides qualified customers with up to $2,500 in energy assistance support. PSE Home Energy Lifeline Program (HELP) provides qualified customers who are experiencing financial hardship due to circumstances not related to COVID-19 with bill-payment assistance beyond the Washington state LIHEAP program.
